A community art project to share transformative moments in theatrical and virtual space.
You will find inspiring messages about transformative moments in refugee relief and integration work. You will hear authentic voices of people from different European countries sharing their insights and the strategies they used to cope with challenging situations, conflicts and moments of polarization.
These messages are outcomes of the Common Ground Theatre Labs, which were facilitated by InterACT’s artistic director Michael Wrentschur in Graz, Ljubljana, Budapest and Zagreb during the spring of 2017. Using tools and methods of participatory and interactive theatre, the Theatre Labs provided space for exchange, community building, collective reflection and empowerment, especially for those who are active and/or activists in refugee relief and integration work.
This cross-border-project basically aims to make visible transformative lines of actions and strategies, which were successfully used in concrete moments and situations of exclusion, division and polarization. We hope that this website will inspire and support you in your involvement!
If you would like to share a story about transformative moments, you are welcome to do so!
