This event was organized by a small but highly active and involved group of women, all of whom have had a lot of ex-perience doing voluntary work with refugees. All the games and techniques inspired a vivid and powerful dialogue within the group, which investigated many challenging situations faced as part of the integration work itself.

Budapest/ Hungary, Center for Contemporary Art, 21.04 - 23.04.2017

Around 15 people participated in the Theatre Lab held in Budapest, some of whom were already familiar with theatre methods and all of whom were involved in integration and/or refugee issues.
The Theatre Lab in Budapest focused on the effects of the rather difficult current political conditions in Hungary on the people working in the field of refugee relief and/or integration work, either professionally or voluntarily.

Ljubljana/ Slovenia, Social Center Rog and Second Home, 31.03. - 02.04.2017

This Theatre Lab took place at the Social Center Rog and Sec-ond Home, a big squat in the centre of Ljubljana. From the summer of 2015 and on, Autonomous Factory Rog became a vitally important place concerning refugee issues: it turned into a community building space for refugees, activists, teachers and students.

Graz/Austria, Theater am Lend, 10.03. - 12.03.2017

The Theatre Lab in Graz appeared in a “Mini-Festival”, which opened a theatrical space for creative exchange and dia-logue among people of civil society who were engaging in refugee and integration work.
